i wish...part 1

This is the first layout in a CTMH consultant contest for the convention in July.  Of course only CTMH products can be used and the theme is "I Wish...", perfect since it will be at DisneyLand.  To make things easier, for me, I will just list out the products used below.  Here's a closer look at the flower...it's pretty cool...

Paper:  More to Adore
Ink:  Hollyhock, Chocolate, Cocoa, Bamboo
Stamps:  Friendship Flowers D1160, Precious Alphabet D1126, Girly Girl D1003, All My Love D1194, Playful Flourishes D1212
Embellishments:  chocolate collection ribbon rounds, mocha opaque pearls, baby girl craft buttons, rhinestone flowers, chocolate bitty brads
Others:  stardust glitter glue, clear embossing powder, dimensional elements (heart)

Hope you enjoy!

4 Generations

For those of you who may remember, I started my own personal challenge to create all the layouts in the CTMH Imagine how-to book, in order several months ago.  I am finally getting back to it.  This layout is number 4 in the book and is titled Proof Preview (page 22). The paper/stickers are from Creative Memories Groovy Girl paper pack.  The ribbon, brads, hinges, square dimensional element, and other embellishments are from Close to my Heart.  With the execption of the peace charm, it is from some long ago jewelry making kit.  I used Tim Holtz's ink blending tool (which is THE best) to distress the pages.  All the wording is computer printed.  Oh yeah, the circle on the lower left corner...that's silver fabric paint.

The pics are from early October when we took Carly to get her photos taken.  We dined at Red Robin and had the largest most delicious chololate cake...ever!

Hope you enjoy!

Carly is Born!

This layout was done in Studio J using the Caboodle paper pack.  For super-fast scrapbooking, it's hard to beat digital layouts.
