Splash Splash

This wall hanging was made with the Cricut Create A Critter cartridge. 

The finished product is 7x19.5 (with the ribbon hanger).  Each rectangle is 7x5.  The frame is 7x5 on the outside, 6x4 on the inside, and attached to the base with foam squares to give it a 3D . 

Tape runner was used with a few glue dots to attach the ribbon along the back of each piece.
